Welcome to the Queen Mary Vision Laboratory homepageThe core expertise of the group is in dynamic scene analysis, statistical methods for pattern recognition and learning, biologically inspired vision, algebraic methods for visual information processing and estimation of 3d information from video sequences. The main areas of application include face modelling, behaviour analysis, surveillance and biometrics applications, image compression and registration, camera self-calibration, volume rendering and 3d modelling of deformable objects.
